Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Tshirtroom, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for further assistance.
General Return & Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (calculated from the receipt date). After 30 days, we will not process returns or exchanges.
For returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, undamaged, and without any markings.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- This policy does not apply to items clearly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
- For online orders, Tshirtroom does not cover return shipping costs.
Your rights under relevant consumer laws are not affected and remain in addition to this policy.
All returned items must be sent to Tshirtroom in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for ordinary wear and tear, damage from misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or accidents.
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Tshirtroom will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The determination of the product’s condition and the application of this policy will be at Tshirtroom‘s discretion.

Important Notes:
- Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be authorized.
- Returns without prior authorization are ineligible for refunds, and Tshirtroom is not responsible for the loss of goods.
For authorized returns or exchanges, Tshirtroom will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions and return the product with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any included gifts.
Once your return or exchange is received, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and you will be informed of the approval or denial of your request based on the condition of the product and Tshirtroom‘s policies.
If approved:
- Exchanges will be processed promptly.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after several days:
- Allow extra time for processing.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider for updates.
